Apartment 3:
Apartment 3 is a first floor, 2 bedroom apartment. This small apartment has a combined kitchen and living room with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with full tub.
The living room/kitchen feature wood look vinyl flooring and there is a storage closet in the living room. How you use the space will determine the size of your kitchen and living room areas. The key to a smaller apartment is furniture size! Large overstuffed furniture will quickly overwhelm the space.
The front bedroom can accomodate a queen sized bed confortably. There is a large closet in the room and the flooring is carpet. We have had past residents who have had king sized beds in this room but there isn't much room for anything else with the bed being that large.
The back bedroom can accomodate a twin size bed comfortably. There is a small closet in the room and the flooring is carpet. There have been past residents who have had full sized beds in this room, they do fit but leave little room for bureaus, dressers or nightstands.
